The European communication hub for the United Nations based in Brussels. UNRIC inform and engage Europeans on global issues

2015_TimeforGlobalAction_LOGOThe Brussels based United Nations Regional Information Centre for  Europe – UNRIC – provides information on UN activities to 22 countries and is active on social media and websites in 13 languages. It acts as the European communication office of the United Nations and its aim is to engage and inform European citizens about global issues. It also provides liaison with institutions of the European Union in the field of information. Its outreach activities joint public information campaigns and events are organized with partners including the EU, governments, the media, NGOs, the creative community and local authorities.

AIR&IAB – Asociación Internacional de Radiodifusión – International Association of Broadcasting (Latin America)

Asociación Internacional de Radiodifusión is an organisation of private television and radio broadcasters across North, Central and South America. It has an official status as associated with UNESCO and a member of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).

AMPEK – Association of Independent Electronic Media of Kosovo (Kosovo)

The Association of Independent Electronic Media of Kosovo (AMPEK) is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting media freedom and diversity in Kosovo.

ARMA – Romanian Association for Audience Measurement (Romania)

Romanian Association for Audience Measurement was founded in 2001 and represents TV stations, advertisers as well as media and advertising agencies.

CSE (France)

cseCSE is French traffic, sales and revenue management software company. For more than 25 years, CSE has been accompanying some of the major media groups, advertising networks and TV channels by delivering innovative and reliable solutions, as well a renowned service quality.


CASBAA is the association for digital multichannel TV, content, platforms, advertising and video delivery across Asia. Spanning 18 geographic markets, CASBAA and its Members reach over 445 million connections through a footprint ranging from China to Australasia, Japan to Pakistan. The CASBAA mission is to promote the growth of multichannel TV and video content through industry information, networking exchanges and events while promoting global best practices.

NAB – National Association of Broadcasters (United States)

The National Association of Broadcasters is the voice for the nation’s radio and television broadcasters. As the premier trade association for broadcasters, NAB advances the interests of our members in federal government, industry and public affairs; improves the quality and profitability of broadcasting; encourages content and technology innovation; and spotlights the important and unique ways stations serve their communities.

Screen Force (Germany)

Screen Force is a joint initiative of German TV sales houses and represent today more than 95% of the German TV-market.

Spot (The Netherlands)

Screen Force Netherlands is the marketing centre for Dutch television. It provides information about television as an advertising medium, provides services for advertisers and represents the interests of television advertising companies.

SNPTV – Syndicat National de la Publicité Télévisée (France)

The Syndicat National de la Publicité TéléVisée (French Television Advertising National Trade Association) is the professional organisation, which brings together the six sales houses of the French television channels. Its members collectively comprise more than a hundred TV channels, internet sites and interactive services.

Thinkbox (United Kingdom)

Thinkbox is the marketing body for commercial TV in the UK, in all its forms – broadcast, on-demand and interactive. Thinkbox works with the marketing community with a single ambition: to help advertisers get the best out of today’s TV.

TIC – Television Industry Committee (Ukraine)

Television Industry Committee (TIC) is a professional association of leading the Ukrainian television channels. TIC represents the interests of Ukrainian television industry in the local market and abroad. TIC provides and controls the trustworthy, consistent and acceptable to all users system of television audience measurement.

UTECA – The Union of Associated Commercial Television (Spain)

UTECA was created in Madrid on 12th February 1998, with the main purpose of protecting and representing the common interests of commercial television at national, regional and international levels.

VAB – The Video Advertsisng Bureau (United States)

The Video Advertising Bureau is the leading authority on the quality and value of adsupported TV and professionally produced video as it is distributed and viewed on every screen and device. The VAB puts the marketers first as it continually invests in industryleading research and analysis to produce insights into consumer behavior and the power of TV programming to drive awareness, consideration, sales traffic, activation and loyalty. Created by the Cable Networks, Broadcast Networks and the MVPDs to help advertisers capitalize on the consumer’s commitment to the highest quality video across all available digital channels, the VAB plays a crucial role in advancing multi-screen measurement, audience analytics, standards, supply-chain transparency, multicultural marketing, data usage and branded content integration – both nationally and in every local US market.

VPRT – Association of Commercial Broadcasters and Audiovisual Services (Germany)

The German Association of Commercial Broadcasters and Audiovisual Services (VPRT) represents the interests of 140 companies in the fields of commercial television and multimedia, as well as commercial radio and audio services, including national, state and regional TV and radio providers and telemedia offerings (e.g. teleshopping, user generated content portals), along with broadcasting companies operating in several countries.
